LABOR DAY
THANKSGIVING DAY
CHRISTMAS DAY
Should you require any routine cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or other services on these days, arrangements should be made by placing a service request. Tenants should call the Main Office at 312-676-2500; JP Morgan Chase employees should call Facilities Direct at 800-278-6221. Depending on the terms of your lease, there may be an additional charge for service outside of the normal building hours. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any additional services. Please check with your manager as some Tenants have a designated employee responsible for placing all service requests.After-Hours Building Access
After-hour entry at 300 South Riverside Plaza is as follows:
Monday – Friday 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Weekends & Designated Holidays All Day
Entry into the building through the main turnstiles requires a key card. To get a new badge or activate an existing badge for access to the turnstiles Tenants will need to visit the Office of the Building located in suite 2375 between 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please check with your manager prior to visiting the office as some Tenants have their own specific procedures which must be followed.
