Bicycle Parking

Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on auto emissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives at 300 South Riverside, we provide bicycle parking on the southwest plaza under a covered bike shelter.

Conference Center

Located on the 23rd floor, south, the conference center rooms are available to rent for Tenant use. Large conference room seats up to 150, and multiple set-up configurations are available. There are also 5 “huddle room” spaces which seat from 1-20 people for rent by the hour.

There is a JP Morgan Chase bank located in the main lobby and four 24-hour ATMs in the north lobby at the Jackson Boulevard entrance.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is located on the 23rd floor, south and is exclusively for the Tenants of 300 South Riverside Plaza. The locker rooms offer day lockers and spa quality amenities such as towel service and steam showers. Vanity areas are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, razors and hair dryers.

USPS drop boxes are located in the north and south lobby beyond the turnstiles. Pickup times are posted on the boxes.

Overnight drop boxes (FedEx Express & UPS) are located in the south lobby beyond the turnstiles. Pickup times are posted on the boxes. The building does not have FedEx ground pick up.

Management provides umbrellas for the tenants to check out if needed on a rainy day. Stop by the security console to check out an umbrella to use.

300 South Riverside offers tenants and guests work stations with outlets, comfy seating and current news in the tenant lounge. A perfect spot for a change of scenery or simply to relax and recharge.
