The conference center located on the 23rd floor, south are available to rent for Tenant use. The available conference center rooms include:

• One large conference center (A & B) that can accommodate 150 individuals, theater style
• Two partitioned small conference rooms (A or B) that can hold up to 75 individuals, theater style
• Four huddle room spaces that sit 1-6 individuals
• One medium conference room that accommodates up to 20 individuals
• Theater with 42 reclining seats
• Wi-Fi throughout space
• Food prep area with sink and refrigerator
• Complete audio visual system
