Bike to Work

Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on auto emissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives at 300 South Riverside, the building provides bicycle parking for its Tenants and their guests use. Please utilize the bike racks located in the Bike Shelter located on the southwest plaza. There are additional racks located at the base of the steps on the Van Buren side, however, are not the property of the Building, but of the city. Any bicycles locked to handrails, benches, etc. will be removed at the owner’s expense. We recommend that Tenants utilize U-Lock or Kryptonite locks over cable for added security.

Recycling

The building has an extensive recycling program which includes paper, plastic, aluminum, lamps, batteries and e-waste. At 300 South Riverside, we appreciate and support the positive effect that recycling has on the environment and have provided access to recycling collectors throughout the Building. Also, there is a battery disposal container at the center security console in the lobby.
